How It Started

Three years ago, Nick stepped away from his work as a union foreman. Our kids were in school, the timing felt right, and we wanted to build something together as a family. But the real spark came from something simpler: we'd been through enough home projects to know what bad felt like. Contractors who didn't call back. Crews that rushed through. Subcontractors cutting corners. We kept thinking, 'We wouldn't accept this in our own house. Why does everyone else have to?'
